Cherokee County School Building Program

Cherokee County’s building program incorporated a new 105,000 square foot technology center, a new two story 90,000 square foot elementary school, 17 renovations and additions to other school facilities to provide needed upgrades to serve our communities children. Renovations and additions included new classroom, science labs, gymnasium renovations, kitchen renovations, athletic facility enhancements and ADA compliant access. We worked with Cherokee County School District engaging OSF and following their requirements starting with site selection to plan review to final completion.

With such a large building improvement need district wide, we worked closely with administration, maintenance and staff receiving their input and prioritizing necessities in order to maximum building improvements.
