Chassis Shipping and Loading Facility

The Chassis Shipping and Loading facility is a newly constructed project with 13,500 square feet of a truck loading area, office space and mezzanine storage. This building has two 20 ton bridge cranes. The 11 acre site consists of concrete paving, retaining walls, site lighting, site security, heavy duty asphalt paving for chassis and trailers. The project was completed in August of 2017 with a 7 months duration, even though substantial unsuitable soils were encountered.
