Cherokee County Industrial Building is a 60,000 square foot facility with 32 foot clear height roof , 50 foot column spacing and precast concrete walls with punch-out removable panels. The site was prepared on 14 acres for expansion to 240,000 square foot with 120,000 square foot pad ready, inclusive of storm drainage and retention pond.
